The process of ceramic coating will take between 5-10 hours depending on the condition of your paint, the size of the vehicle and the packages you select. The 1st step is to wash and prep the vehicle. The 2nd step is to correct all the imperfections in the paint such as swirls and scratches. Once the vehicle is properly prepped, a body shop safe prep solvent will be applied to the entire vehicle to get to bare paint. At this stage the coating process will begin, and each panel of the vehicle will have ceramic applied, leveled, and stacked to achieve the package you have selected.

Ceramic is a Silica based product, meaning it is a “glass” coating. Ceramic adds some rock chip resistance, but it can still get rock chips from larger stones and high speeds. The glass windshield on your vehicle will still get rock chips, just much less often than your clearcoat.
No, ceramic will not prevent water spotting, but it WILL allow those pesky waterspots to be easily removed without damaging the surface. That’s the great thing about ceramic products. Water and a mild soap or dish soap will do the trick. Good bye harsh chemicals, clay bars, etc. Even glass cleaner or a No Rinse lubricant/wash will work to quickly and easily maintain your coating.

Yes. To maintain your warranty, you need to attend an annual inspection + service. This is to ensure your coating performs properly for the entire length of the 10 year warranty. If an annual inspection is missed, the warranty could be voided.
You should wait 14 days before the 1st wash to allow the solvents to outgas and fully cure. If you notice that your car gets water spots, bird droppings, tree sap etc. during these two weeks immediately remove it following our care instructions. Keep in mind the coating is softer during the 14 days so work on the paint very gently.
